We made it to episode two! Our guest this week is a friend of mine for many years, Mike Lin. We dig into his history with sports and physical fitness, and how he transitioned intro power lifting. We talk about his drive to get stronger and how that drive affects other aspects of his life. Also, we discuss the half-life of weights (which I just looked up and it is 2.6 Million Years!) and how Mike was ready to still get his swole on in a zombie apocalypse.
