Episode 23! Our guest this week is Russell Hauser! We talk about how He fell into wrestling in middle school to train for football without knowing anything about the sport. We talk about how a coach who wouldn't let him quit affected how he looks at helping others. We talk about how he struggled his senior year, but it led to a personal victory for me. We also talk about what amateur wrestling looks like as an adult.
